| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Third quarter routine coliform was positive. All repeat samples were coliform positive. I spoke with Herjinder Toor via telephone. Mr. Toor has contacted a well contractor and will be investigating the source of contamination. I informed Mr. Toor he may have to chlorinate and flush the system in addition to any repairs. The system was also informed to submit a "special" sample after corrective action to ensure clean water prior to submitting any sample for reporting. The system was also directed tosubmit 5 routine samples in September. I informed Mr. Toor I will be mailing a Tier 2 notice for public posting until the water has tested clean. Mr. Toor agreed to post the notice ACTION NEEDED: Post Tier 2 public notice, repair system, verify clean water, submit 5 routine samples in September | ||
