| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive DETAILS: Spoke with Frank regarding routine sample collected on Sept. 10th at the 13909 Peninsula site that was total coliform positive. Well #1 was the only source in use at the time. Three repeat (up, down, original) and triggered source samples were collected the following day. The routine and repeat samples from the same site were total coliform positive. All other repeats and the triggered source sample were absent. On Sept. 16th, Frank submitted request to invalidate the sample. Request was approved on Sept. 17th. Notified Frank that the invalidation request was approved and a replacement sample needs to be collected by the end of the month. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. |
