| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected 9/10/14. Contacted Topper with Malheur ESD. Reviewed follow-up sampling requirements of four repeat samples and one triggered source sample from the well. Topper noted that some plumbing work had been done over the summer. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat and source samples to be collected, further actions will be based on those results. | ||
