| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response - MCL Violation DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive results from four repeat and one triggered source sample. Spoke with Jim. Reviewed the results and public notice requirements for the September MCL violation. Sent Jim the notice template. All four repeat samples from the distribution tested positive even though there was a chlorine residual of 0.2 mg/l. Jim will increase the residual. The spring and reservoir were inspected and nothing unusual was found. ACTION NEEDED: System to post public notice, send dated copy to DWS, collect five routine samples in October. | ||
