| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting of Total Coliform DETAILS: I spoke to Dana Petersen about needing to take a Quarterly sample this quarter in order to return to compliance. He stated that the samples are taken each quarter but the LDS church may not be sending the sample results to the right place.
