Details:	SUMMARY: Plan review submitted DETAILS: This system has 20 points because the UV system is inoperable. They are required to use UV because the filter is not LT2 compliant. Benton County Fort Hoskins Park submitted a plan review on 9/15/14 to construct a spring box in order to switch to ground water. Once the system is groundwater they will no longer need to use UV. They are currently posting a PN for UV failure and will post a PN for failure to disinfect. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up with Plan Review engineer and system to assure that the system contructs the springbox. Follow-up on significent deficiencies from water system survey conducted 8/14.
