| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert DETAILS: This WS took a quarterly arsenic sample on 1/9/14 but it did not get reported. The WS got a late reporting violation. I recently spoke with Natasha and asked her to have the lab report the sample and to make sure any future samples for compliance are reported on time. I tried to call again today to follow up but her voice mail was full and I could not leave a message. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on Arsenic monitoring. | ||
