| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmed TC in Repeat Samples DETAILS: Vonnie called to report 3 of the 4 repeat samples were (+)TC. The well sample was negative. Vonnie is working with a well company to have the well and distribution disinfected and flushed on 9/26. Vonnie will take 5 temporary routine samples on 10/1. The school has decided to bring in bottled water for student use and for hand washing (above and beyond what is required). A public notice was issued on 9/25 (posted and sent home with each student). A copy of the PN was also forwarded to DMCE via email. I am going to meet Vonnie at the school on 10/1 to verify there is not chlorine residual before she collects the 5 temp routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Onsite visit on 10/1. Follow up on temp routine sample results. | ||
