| Details: | SUMMARY: Invalid Sample Results for Ecoli positive DETAILS: Details of my e-mail to the State requesting the sample invalidation: I request this water sample be invalidated. The operator stated the routine sample was mistakenly collected from the outside hose bib which was connected to their irrigation system and not from the drinking water system. There irrigation system uses surface water from the nearby Siltcoos Lake. This was a sample collection error by the lab, the facility was closed when they went to collect the sample and there for collected it from this outside hose bib. The lab will recollect a September routine sample today and submit. ACTION NEEDED: Invalidate RT sample collected, re-collect RT sample for September 2014 before September 30th. | ||
