| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Test Results from Outside Hose Bib DETAILS: Don called to state they had a coliform test come back positive at an outside hose bib. He was concerned because he feels this hose bib is contaminated due to the backflow device that is on it. I instructed him to collect 4 RP samples in the distribution and one at each active source, if the same sample location is the only one that comes back positive we can invalidate the results but he will need to collect an additional RT sample for September to avoid the violation. Don stated only Well #4 is active at this time, they turn off the other two wells during the fall and winter. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 RP and one from well #4 since that one is the only one active. Site is going to collect 1 RT for September in the event of the samples being invalidated. | ||
