| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat TC positive alert follow up DETAILS: One repeat sample coliform positive following 9/19 positive. Triggered well sample absent and other designated sampling location absent. Spoke with Katy and they will chlorinate well (using abbas pump) on the 30th, flush it out wed-Friday and resample when chlorine residual is 0. Discussed PN and she has already sent it out and will send me a copy. System currently has only two designated sampling points (north end of system and south end) since each home has its own private cistern. System has been taking two samples at one of the two points in repeat sampling scenarios. Discussed possibly installing a 3rd sampling point in middle of system. ACTION NEEDED: chlorinate and take verification sample(s) until absent for coliforms. Get me copy of PN and take 5 temp routines during October. | ||
