| Details: | SUMMARY: Extended Corrective Action Plan for remaining Significant Deficiencies DETAILS: Their corrective action plan (established in June 2014) was to complete all significant deficiencies by Sept 30th. Erica proposed in an email today to have the 2 remaining deficiencies completed by November 1 - that is, the Operations and Maintenance Manual, and Backflow Testing. I approved the extension. She updated the Tier 2 Public Notice (because it is 90 days since the first one) and will mail it to customers with the 9/30/14 billings. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of the final 9/30/14 PN mailed to customers. | ||
