Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow-Up – E-mail from Operator DETAILS: Their e-mail said:"Hello Ian I wanted to share some photographs of the repairs to the main areas of concern that you pointed out on your visit. I talked with Debra yesterday and it sounds like you have her working on the revisions needed for our written records and she is going to do the required water tests that you discussed with her.After viewing the pictures I sent you if there is anything else we need to do for the physical repairs just let me know?Photo #1 is a picture of the shop hose with a back flow device attachedPhoto #2 is a picture of the well head fire hose raw water tap attachmentPhoto #3 is a picture of the man hole covered vent pipe with a rodent screen in place"3 photos were attached as described in their e-mail. Our response was, Beautiful. Thank you very much. All those photos look perfect. I will add to my notes that your significant deficiency is resolved. As always let me know if you have any questions.
