| Details: | SUMMARY: tc positive source and post UV trt samples DETAILS: System had collected a raw source sample and a treated distribution sample. The system did not have a maintenance log for the UV system or the sediment filter. Both of the sample results were total coliform positive. The system contacted Widner Electric who came and serviced the UV unit and replaced the filter. The system then did a lot of flushing. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and then take 5 temporary routine samples in October. Additional action will be based on the results. | ||
