| Details: | SUMMARY: FC+ repeat sample DETAILS: System only collected 1 repeat sample. The result was fecal/E. coli positive. The system was placed on a do not drink notice. A notice was posted on 10/1/14. A copy of this notice was received by DWS on 10/1/14. Bottled water has been supplied to the teachers/students. ACTION NEEDED: System should do a one-time chlorination and then flush the system. Follow up samples are to be turned in week of Oct. 6th. Three samples are to be taken and if absent for bacteria, the Do Not Drink notice can be lifted. | ||
