| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Samples Reported Alert DETAILS: Current quarter sample along with two quarters from 2013 were reported. One at the MCL and the other 2 are over. I spoke with the system contact Natasha and with James Nusrala from DWS. Natasha mentioned that construction of the arsenic treatment has not started yet, and that she would work with West Coast Home Solutions to have engineered plans sent to DWS as soon as possible. I reminded her to continue quarterly monitoring. I also requested she send copies of all public notices issued quarterly to DWS or myself as the WS has several violations for not reporting the Public notices. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on plan review,Public Notices, and monitoring. | ||
