| Details: | SUMMARY: repeat sample was tc+ DETAILS: The system collected 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample on 9/22/14. One of the repeat samples came back positive for total coliform bacteria. The sample location was different than the original positive location. This triggers the system into a MCL violation for September. A public notice template was sent to the City for preparing to send to the customers on the system. ACTION NEEDED: System to send out public notice and send a copy to DWS. 5 temporary routine samples are to be collected in October. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
