| Details: | SUMMARY: tc+ total coliform positive routine sample DETAILS: A total coliform positive sample was collected on 8/20/14. Greg is the new operator for the system. Follow up sample procedures were reviewed for the system. ACTION NEEDED: collect 3 repeat and 1 triggered source sample. **3 repeat and 1 triggered source sample were collected on 9/3/14 - all were absent for bacteria** Five temporary routine samples will need to be collected in September. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
