| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Alert COLI13224 DETAILS: This is an in-field contact to discuss the coliform positive result from 8/29/14. The owner stated he will reshock the system. We also discussed not taking any more tests from the swivel faucets in the kitchen area, but to take future tests at the hand sink that does not swivel. Public notice is posted at the soda fountain. Since the well (source) is coming back absent each testing, the positives appear to still be related to the storage tank that ran dry in July or to the swivel faucets in the kitchen area, which has come back positive multiple times. ACTION NEEDED: Firm posted public notice which was previously e-mailed to DWP. Firm will take 5 routine samples in September. | ||
