| Details: | SUMMARY: Firm req uested confirm ation of need for collection of 2 sam ples in rega rds to DBP testing. Firm also had concerns rega rding sam pling location DETAILS: Firm requested information regarding the proper sampling protocols for DBP testing. Duplicate samples from two points are required by rule. Follow up with DWP staff found that due to the linear nature of the water system the collection of both samples from the back of the processing facility would meet the requirement. We also discussed the timing of the samples and DWP staff stated that the requirement for sampling prior to 8/15 had been softened this year to occur within the quarter around 8/15 to avoid a violation. In future years sample results received after the required date will result in violation and point debits. ACTION NEEDED: Firm collected new samples and submitted to certified lab. | ||
