| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Arsenic CHEM6404 DETAILS: Contacted Ron Loving and Cameron Clark with CDM Smith about the .0135ppm arsenic result received on 8/21114. The firm has taken 3 of 4 quarterly tests and all three were above the MCL. The firm is working with Cameron Clark of CDM Smith to install an ion exchange (green sand) and chlorine for the arsenic treatment.Cameron Clark stated he would submit plans soon and hopefully have the system in place by October. We discussed that public notice needed to be posted and to continue taking quarterly arsenic tests until treatment is installed and approved ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and submit to the Drinking Water Program. | ||
