| Details: | SUMMARY: The firm s rou tine Total Coliform Positive-COLI13329 forSeptem ber 23rd and Coli13317 all 5 repeats on September 25th. I called to discuss and Rich had already shocked the well and will be flushing it out on Monday and will take 5 m ore repeats.. DETAILS: I called to talk to Rich on the 23rd to discuss the 5 repeats, and today, and Rich had shocked the well based on the labs response. ACTION NEEDED: The firm will flush the system and take five repeats on Monday and on Oct 1st. | ||
