Details: SUMMARY: The firm has resolved all deficien cies listed on the survey letter and cu rren tly finalizing the pla n review for the well. Also the Operations and Emergency proced u res have been posted .. A letter stated resolved deficiencies has been sent to DMCE. DETAILS: I reviewed the wellhead, well house and new storage area that have met the required updates to construction and location. ACTION NEEDED: The firm is now in full compliance regarding drinking water.
