| Details: | SUMMARY: Five temporary routine samples have come back positive for TC DETAILS: Tried calling Casey 2 times and phone is busy.8/26, 8:30 am phone busy.8/26, 4:00 p.m., Casey has located another leak in distribution. This has been repaired and disinfected. Currently chlorine levels are testing about 1.5. He believes this will fix the problem. The public notice was completed and faxed to DWP. DMCE as required. ACTION NEEDED: Insure TC unresolved PN is distributed/posted. Determine nature of TC and repair/disinfect. I have contacted Chuck Michael to verify next round of sample submission. Advised Casey that he also needs a source sample from source AF, well #6. Discussed examining reservoir for sediment on bottom. Casey says it was last cleaned about 5 years ago. | ||
