| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system currently disconnected from previously approved water source (well). A spring has been tapped as a new source. No plan review completed. System is racking up violations on an inactive source as well as an unapproved source. Conferred with Mr. Washburn about de-activating system until plan review is completed. DETAILS: Mr. Washburn agrees with de-activating system until new source (AC - spring) goes through plan review and is approved. System will not be licensed to operate next year until water system approved. ACTION NEEDED: De-activate system - done-- Notify Rebecca Templin about status and plan review - done.
