| Details: | SUMMARY: Called and left message as Lonie didnt answer. TC positive on quarterly sample, no treatment. Sample take from well. 9/30 Spoke with Gilbert pump and well. They are contracted with Narrows to take samples. Sample has usually been taken at well and marked routine. DETAILS: TC positive - at well. Sample will be accepted as routine this time per Rebecca Templin. Advised Gilbert Pump and Well that routine samples should be taken in the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 samples from distribution and mark repeat. Take one sample from well and mark triggered. Do within 24 hours. Call me on 9/30. In October take 5 temporary routine samples in distribution and mark temp routines. Take quarterly sample as required. | ||
