Details: Spoke with Matt Allen about this violation. DBP testing was supposed to take place between 6/1 and 6/30, and did not take place until 10/15. I explained the violation would stay on their record until next the next DBP test is submitted during the required time frame 6/1/21 - 6/30/21). Matt said that he understood.
