| Details: | SUMMARY: 30-day check in on significant deficiencies after survey DETAILS: Spoke with Jymme about the status of the significant deficiencies identified in the survey mailed 8/27/14. #1: Chemicals have been moved from near wellhead. #2: Arsenic test was taken 9/08/14. #3 The coliform MCL violation has now been fully addressed with the 5 negative temporary routine samples in September (9/8/14). Remaining to be addressed- #4 ERP, and #5 Operations and Maintenance Manual. These are planned to be completed by 12/31/14. ACTION NEEDED: Just emailed Jymme electronic versions of O&M template and example information to help create their water system documentation. Await news of ERP and O and M Manual completion. | ||
