| Details: | SUMMARY: A routine sample collected on 9-23-14 tested TC+ DETAILS: 9-26-14 --- A routine sample collected on 9-23-14 tested TC+. I left a message for David informing him that, assuming the system is not treated with chlorine or UV, the follow up action is as follows: 1 triggered source sample and three distribution repeats, along with five temp routines in the calendar month of October. I added that routine samples should not be collected at the well head, but in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
