| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: I attempted to contact Fili by phone and left a message to call. I spoke to File on the phone and informed him of the alert. He will shock the system with a bleach solution in accordance with instructions contained in he ERP. He may provide bottles water to customers in the mean time. I also instructed him to post a public notice and emailed him a template. I also provided an email address for the state DWP and asked him to email them a copy. He will do 5 temporary routine samples for coliform later this month ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
