| Details: | SUMMARY: EC Positive Source Assessment Sample Response DETAILS: Received alert for EC positive result from source-assessment sample collected 10/7/14 from well #3. The well was not in use as a supply source at the time. This well was reconstructed in 2011 to bring the seal up to current construction standards. Spoke with Chad. Reviewed requirement for collecting five source-confirmation samples. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect five confirmation samples. Further action will be based on those results. | ||
