| Details: | SUMMARY: Review of Lead Notification PN DETAILS: Following a lead exceedence from 6/23/14 sampling, Tony forwarded a draft copy of the public education lead notification to DWS for review and approval. The lead notification appeared to be consistent with OAR requirements and I approved the document for distribution in an email to Tony this morning. I also requested that the water system send DWS a copy of the final notice, date it is mailed out to customers, and listing of other activities that were used for public notification. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time | ||
