Details: SUMMARY: October 1st sample + TCR DETAILS: Spoke to Nick the positive TCR for 10-1 was a raw water sample and not representive of the distribution. He also stated the chlorinator for residual is working and did not understand why the lab was not reporting ACTION NEEDED: He will need to take one more sample from the distribution for October.
