Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for deficiency from 6/12/14 survey DETAILS: 6/12/14 survey noted no practical raw sample tap. Jim called today and texted pictures of the raw sample tap that is also the pump-to-waste piping. Sample tap is representative of raw water from the source before entering distribution if/when well pump is on. ACTION NEEDED: None. Deficiency corrected
