Details: SUMMARY: Sampling DETAILS: This new system has not taken any of the required triggered samples for GWUDI. Called owner Bill and a raw sample tap is not available. John Mason did a survey in September and a raw sample tap was required. Bill said he would try to get the sample tap in within the next few weeks and then begin monthly assessment sampling. I discussed the monthly assessments are in addition to ongoing quarterly routine sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Install raw sample tap ASAP and begin monthly well source assessment sampling.
