| Details: | November's HAA5 sample was a little high. LRAA & OEL still low enough. Pete snail-mailed 2018 report from the Circuit Rider, highlighting easier solutions to reduce DBPs. In today's phone call Bob mentioned having trouble with Marshland's Yardney (roughing) sand filters' backwash flow restrictor malfunctioning. This issue, plus the autumn's higher raw turbidities could conspire to put more organic DBP precursors in the water. |
