| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation for not doing monthly coliform test in August DETAILS: I contacted Sam because the system received a violation for not doing a routine monthly coliform test in August. He said that the sample was collected but the bottle broke on the way to the lab. He resampled as soon as possible but it was not until September 2, so a sample was not taken in August. The sample collected Sept 2 and a subsequent sample collected Sept 15 were both absent for total coliform and E. coli so system is back in compliance regarding this issue. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- system returned to compliance regarding this issue when sampling occurred in the month following the violation and the sample results were good. | ||
