ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 samples on Monday 10/13/2014. Mark 3 repeats in distribution and take one at the well and mark it Triggered. Take 5 temporary routines in November, any time from November 1 through Nov 30, 2014. All November samples should come from distribution.
