DETAILS: Received alert on 6/26/2014, attempted to contact the system on 6/26 and 6/27,left a message describing event and to contact me as soon as possible. Contacted Grants Pass Water lab on 6/27 they stated 4 repeat samples had been taken on on 6/26 and they would know the results this afternoon. Sample results will dictate further action. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples next month. | ||
