Details: SUMMARY: Results of Water System Survey 7-19-2012 DETAILS: WSO did not receive conformation letter necessary to prepare for survey. well is in a vault and current county policy regarding confined spaces. WSO will provide digital photos next survey 8-9-2012. will be sending conformation letter to home in battle ground.spoke briefly about missing CCR, WSO stated lab service producing CCR and had one posted at office. will make sure WSO has correct mailing address ACTION NEEDED: none
