| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead & Copper 90th % Alert DETAILS: Vonnie called to report the L and C exceedance. WS went through the plumbing replacement program to comply with exceedances back in 2011and completed two 6 months rounds without violation. I am currently working with OHA DWP and Vonnie to determine the next steps for the WS to take to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Evaluate monitoring history and PRP, advise operator. | ||
