Details: SUMMARY: Lab called system and told them they missed the last quarter TCR DETAILS: Joe called to let me know that the systems quarterly TCR was not taken and was concerned about a Violation. I told him the M/R violation would be placed on the system but the system would RTC when the next sample was turned. ACTION NEEDED: No further action to be taken.
