| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample is positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Received alert on 8/13/2014, 2 of the 4 repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. I contacted the system and they stated the system was being shock chlorinated. I discussed taking the 5 routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples next month. | ||
