DETAILS: Received alert on 8/26/2014, attempted to contact Ms. Reese on 8/26 and 8/27, left a message stating a description of the event. Contacted the Grants Pass Water Lab on 8/27 they stated that 4 repeat samples had been taken on 8/26 and they would know the results this afternoon.Sample results will dictate further action. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples next month. | ||
