| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample is positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Received alert on 8/28/2014, once again tried to contact Ms. Reese, I was unable to do so and left a message for her. Received a call from a ranger who is filling in for Ms. Reese he stated that the operator for the system was shock chlorinating the system and the 5 routine samples would be taken. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples next month. | ||
