| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample is positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Received alert on 9/26/2014, contacted the park manager he stated the system had had some repair work done to it a few day before routine sample had been pulled and the system had not be shock chlorinated after the work had been completed. Repeat samples were being taken. Sample results will dictate further action. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples next month. | ||
