Details: SUMMARY: MCL violation for October 2014 DETAILS: This is the fourth total coliform MCL violation for the town in 2014. Nancy is going to work on getting the chlorination system up and running. There is no explanation for the continued total coliform detections in the system. System will need to strongly consider running the chlorination system full time. ACTION NEEDED: A Tier 2 public notice is required (30 days). A copy must be sent to DWS for our files. The system will take 5 routines and a source sample next month. Further action will be based on the results.
