| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert Repeat Sample DETAILS: Dan called on 10/16 to report that one of the repeat samples from the distribution was +TC. They distributed a PN on 10/17 and provided a copy to me. Dan mentioned they were going to shock chlorinate and flush the system over the weekend. I reminded him again to take 5 routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and sample results. | ||
