| Details: | SUMMARY: WS Survey Deficiencies Corrected DETAILS: WS has corrected all four significant deficiencies noted on the water system survey conducted on 7/11/14. 1. Documentation was provided on 7/21/14 showing adequate secondary containment for their emergency generator.2. All backflow devices are now being tested annually.3. ERP completed on 10/8/14. Proof of completion form mailed to DWS and copy sent to me. 4. DRC with SGWSO current until 7/31/2017. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
