| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up on Nitrate above half the MCL DETAILS: Spoke to Jan about nitrate levels in the Lamonta Well (EP-C). Since the September 2013 sample (5.51 mg/L), the city has collected four quarters. Quarterly sample results show concentrations below MCL. Flushing the well longer before sampling lowered nitrate concentrations. Returned system to yearly monitoring as of 2015 and collect sample in August which had the highest concentration (5.74 mg/L). ACTION NEEDED: No further action. |
